Building Isabelle Dunlop's Clothing Store

It's been an industrious start to our January as we've been doing renovations to the new Isabelle Dunlop Clothing store at 4158 Main Street. The past eleven days have been incredibly busy with clearing away the original ceiling and removing the ancient tiles from the former Buddhist Supply Centre. The entire refuse came to 1.5 tonnes! Then there was dealing with obscure wiring and ugly lighting, as well as cleaning up the mess left over. After eleven straight days of work, with the help of some very excellent friends, the construction phase has ended and we are are the stage of doing the mud and taping of the dry wall. It's taking shape and will be ready for a February 1st opening. A few photos from the demolition and building process:
